inclusive price (with service charge and taxes). Inclusive prices are an estimated total per
item or per person, based on current 6% tax on food and beverage; a 9% tax on alcohol; and a
23% service charge, which includes a 13.8% gratuity. Taxes and service charges are for
estimating only and are subject to change. All prices are in US dollars.

tax rate is subject to change. Prices are per item unless otherwise indicated.
All ISA groups and approved affiliates must order catering through ISA’s Director of
Conventions. Please do not contact the hotel directly – you will be referred back to ISA. ISA
controls all meeting spaces during the convention dates. Please visit the ISA 2016 convention
website for ordering procedures, ancillary item prices (audio visual, internet, etc.), and
meeting space reservation forms.

ISA and the Hilton Baltimore are pleased to offer discounted drink coupons for ISA receptions. Coupons are $6.50 each,
inclusive of service charge and tax. Coupons can be redeemed for one (1) glass house red or white wine, or one (1)
domestic or imported beer, or one (1) soda, mineral water, or bottled juice. Groups must order coupons from ISA in
advance. Host is charged only for redeemed coupons. Coupons may be used for hosted or cash bar functions only and
cannot be used for bar packages or bottles of wine.

NOTE ON BAR LABOR AND REVENUE MINIMUMS
There are no bartender or cashier fees for ISA events with 50 or more people. Hotel
provides one (1) bartender per 100 guests. Additional bartenders may be added at
host’s expense at the rate of $175 per two hour minimum. Functions with fewer
than 50 people must meet the bar revenue minimum of $350 inclusive of service
charge and tax, which equates to about 54 ISA drink special coupons.
