Event date
Please complete a registration form for each individual participant. If there are more than one participants please
use copies of the registration form. The FSK will confirm the participant’s registration (and accommodation) after the
invoice has been paid. Participants will receive their conference ID on the day of the conference at the venue.

The Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 23rd November is open to
FSK members only. After the AGM the conference will be opened for all
conference participants at 10:45.

Processing FSK member companies can register via the member
at membership conditions. All participants may use applicable
discounts.
Cancellation
For the written cancellation of registration before 01st Oct. 2016,
30% of the participation fee will be refunded. It is possible to send
a substitute for the registered participant! In case of cancellation
after 01st Oct. 2016 (postmark) the participant invoice must be
paid in full and conference documentation will be forwarded to the
participant as soon as the invoice has been paid in full. The hotel
package is included in the invoice.

The hotels are in close proximity to the conference venue (please park
at the hotel). The FSK has already reserved a room allotment. Room
reservation/booking is only via the FSK and will be invoiced with the
participation fee as a total amount. For overnight accommodation
and conference participation we kindly request that you use the
registration form.

FSK allotted rooms are available.
