DNA 2002 Public Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to inform that Mr. Sittichai Gasornsombat has
resigned from the director of the company. The resignation is effective since 17th August 2016 onward.
In addtition, the company would like to inform that Mr. Pongsakorn Pongsathaporn has resigned from company
secretary of the company. The resignation is effective since 17th August 2016 onward.
The Board of Director is in progress of appointing a new eligible director as well as company secretary to substitute
the vacancy.
