Double zero system for laminated glass specular cutting: mechanical by precision clips or electronic by laser detector
Table top lifting by means of hydraulic cylinders with integrated anti fall safety device
Sheet detachment device activated in vertical position that allows to grab a sheet by tongs, during both loading and rotation of laminated glass sheet
Powerful air cushion to ease glass handling with immediate stop of air flow when blowers off for correct sheet positioning
Breakout bars
Motorized belts for glass sheet transportation with variable speed controlled by inverter
Automatic reset on rollers after receiving the sheet from a loader in horizontal position

• You will get perfect shape cuts with the most appropriate speed and pressures, with facilitated separation or breakout cuttings by using supervisory software designed and developed by GFP.

• Several versions of the user interface are available, from the basic optimizer already included to the most sophisticated needs of the optimization including production management.
• GTS series allows you shaped cutting of monolithic glass, Low E glass, frosted, satin and acid etched glass, safety mirrors and laminated glass with double-side cutting.
• The same system used for the shape detecting allows you to localize the exact position of a glass sheet or a piece for shaped double-side cuttings, as well as measuring and orientation of the glass pieces non-rested against the mechanical precision stops which are always presented on our machines anyway.
• The great variety of cutting glass is provided by full management of the cutting cycle concerning the customization of the processing pressures, speed and times stored in the special recipes dedicated to each type of glass.
• GTS series is distinguished by extraordinary resistance, elegance, reliability and ease to operate.
