Following on from the demands of our own poultry sites we have developed
a successful and well resourced contracting service available to others in the
sector. All services are delivered as though we were operating on our own

consultancy services from ventilation and heating commisioning to bird management
and systems monitoring.
WASHING & HYGIENE
BUSINESS PLANS & FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY
Applied has been and continues to be used by banks, land agents and private clients
to offer a full financial business appraisal service. This may be at the initial start of a
broiler venture where projected financial costs and returns are essential or following
changes within an existing business unit. Based on our regular involvement in the
design construction and management of new sites we are is able to offer a unique up
to date accurate financial appraisal service.
CHICK PLACEMENT STAFF
RELIEF FARM MANAGEMENT
BULK FEED & PALLETISED TRANSPORT SERVICES.
We offer a bulk feed and pellet delivery service from
our TASCC approved lorries with loads up to 27 tonnes.
We are able to recover feed or pellets for those times
when feed is delivered in to the wrong bins or simply
surplus feed left at the end of the crop with our sucker
lorry. We understand the importance of a reliable
service and also have trained drivers on standby for
emergency feed deliveries. We also manage bespoke
delivery services for all kinds of palletised freight,
specialising in farm and mill deliveries, supplying
innovative solutions and a personal service to our end
customers across the UK from our base in Derbyshire.

By independently monitoring client facilities we help them improve farm performance
by being proactive rather than reactive. Our service is managed and delivered
remotely via our own data gathering technologies which are installed on farm and
linked via the internet to our Information platforms for analysis and decision making.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
BUDGETS
Collating new and existing financial data we are able to accurately determine the
total cost of a project, be it the construction of a new site or alterations to an existing
site. Our experience enables for a full and comprehensive costing, broken down into
individual elements, which minimises the risk of overspending.
DESIGN
We can offer experienced and expert advice to plan and design all aspects of the
proposed broiler facility. Through our involvement in multiple sites we are able to put
forward the latest in forward thinking, innovation and industry ideas to ensure that
our client’s sites have the ability to meet and exceed their target and expectations.
Wherever possible we will always implement design features with the aim of future
proofing our clients sites as we appreciate they are expected to be in operation for a
significant period of time.
PLANNING
Once a design has been proposed and the financial appraisal conducted we will
work with our known associates to help our clients apply for and achieve planning
permission and the necessary Environmental Permits required by a broiler site.

POST PLANNING PROJECT MANAGEMENT
TENDERING
HEALTH & SAFETY
We can conduct a full tendering process on
behalf of our clients covering the entirety
of the project across all trades concerned.
We ensure continual communication is
maintained between the client, the suppliers
and ourselves to ensure complete openness
and free dialogue at all times. Our aim
is to deliver the best equipment into the
best designed sites, at the best price and
delivered by the best installation companies.
We can ensure all procedures and
regulations relating to Health & Safety are
adhered too. Our project management team
can actively manage the site with the aim of
minimising the risk of accidents and injuries
occurring during construction. We will
ensure all the necessary welfare facilities are
supplied on site to meet the requirements
of both the regulations and the build
contractors.
PROJECT PLANNING
DAILY SITE MANAGEMENT
We are able to plan and manage every
element of the construction phase. We
ensure all details are covered including
notifications of relevant building authorities,
daily management of contractors and the
ability to ensure the desired outcomes of
Applied and our clients are achieved.
The project management team will manage
all daily interaction with trades, visitors and
deliveries to ensure the smooth and safe
operation of the site. Regular meetings will
be held on site to maintain the budget and
build time frames ensuring a site is delivered
on time and on budget.
As the demands of a construction project can be very onerous, we have developed a service
that helps our clients develop units that are delivered on time, on budget and safely.
