Terms and Conditions
1-
All the terms and conditions are subject to the general terms and conditions of govt. purchase.
2- Sealed tenders are to be addressed to the Principal, Ambedkar College, Fatikroy, Unakoti, Tripura and sealed cover
should be super-scribed as “Tender for Lab Equipments/Furniture” in capital letters. The tender will be received upto 2
pm upto 7th October 203 & the same will be opened at 3 pm in presence of bidders, if possible. No tenders will be
received after 2 pm of 7th October.
3- Rate, technical specification, company model no., VAT, delivery/freight charge and other details shall be quoted
accordingly with related supportive documents.
4-The following documents are to be submitted along with the tender paper and original of the same will be verified at
the time of opening of tender.
a- VAT Registration and clearance Certificate.
b- Trade License certificate/Firm Registration Certificate.
c- Copy of PAN card may be enclosed.
d- Professional tax clearance certificate may be enclosed with the tender.
e – Authorized Dealership Certificate.
5- Physical verification (Lay out) of places for installation of instruments are required by bidders.
6- The guarantee/warrantee period in respect of each item/equipment should be clearly quoted.
7- The successful bidders will be required to supply the ordered items/equipments within 20 days from the date of issue
of supply order. Failure to which may lead to cancellation of supply order.
8- Demonstration of each item instrument (free of charge) is to be done by the bidder. Manual for each instrument
must be provided with the instrument.
9- Full payment will be made by cheque only, within 30 days after proper supply as per specifications and installation
of the equipments and satisfactory performance of the equipments for at least two weeks.
10-Request for advanced payment in any case will not be entertained.
11-The College purchase Committee have the right to modify or cancel the entire process of purchase.
12 - Necessary Taxes will be deducted by the office, if required.
13 – In case of Furniture, physical verification will be done by the college authority before final touch, i.e. fixing of sun
mica, coloring / polishing etc.
14 - All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of District Court, Kailashahar, Unakoti, Tripura.
