Event Day Energy Charges apply from 11 AM to 6 PM when Reduce Your Use (RYU) events are called which can occur any day of the week year-round. The Event Day energy
charge equals the Non Event Day energy charge plus the $/kWh RYU Event Period Adder ($1.17 for Secondary and $1.16 for Primary).

Basic Service Fee will be determined each month based on the customer's maximum annual demand. If unavailable or less than 50% of 15-min. interval data available, demand
will be calculated by dividing total kWh by number of days in the billing period times 24 hours.
