The CWC series mini contactors are a complete solution for switching and controlling motors.
The CWC’s compact dimensions for its IEC current rating, up to 22A, AC-3 utilization category, allows it to take up less space inside electrical enclosures
while still maintaining a powerful 11Kw @ 415V.
Dimensions of the 7A to 16A contactors are the same for both AC or DC coil voltages, making the panel design and assembly easier.

Koyo’s new APS series inductive proximity sensors are IP67-rated rectangular compact DC sensors available in top or front sensing models with 2.5mm and 4mm sensing ranges. Available
in two-wire or three-wire configurations, the 10-30 VDC high-frequency oscillation type sensors are fitted with polycarbonate unshielded housings and LED status indicators. The APS series is available with
normally-open or normally-closed NPN, normally-open PNP or normally-open NPN/PNP outputs. These
sensors have an embedded two-meter connection cable. APS series proximity sensors, priced at $39.00,

Solid-State Overload Relays
Suitable for Great Variety of Applications
The solid-state overload relays RW_E are suitable to protect motors in a wide range of industrial applications including those where long starting time is required. This way, motors on low, medium or
heavy duty applications can be properly protected just by selecting the proper trip class (10, 20 or 30
according to IEC 60947-4-1) in the DIP-switches.
Flexibility and Versatility
In an increasingly globalized and competitive market it is common that machine manufacturers provide their customers with a wide choice of electric motors with a huge number of different models
and output powers.
With its wide range current setting (5:1 ratio between maximum and minimum setting), the same
RW_E relay can be used for protection of electric motors of different power ratings or for protection of
the same motor when applied on networks of different voltages and frequencies. The benefit is versatility and flexibility for machine manufacturers due to the possibility of standardization of control panels.
The RW_E can be directly mounted on WEG contactors (CWB and CWM lines) providing very reliable
and flexible motor starter units.
An additional advantage is that the solid-state overload relays RW_E are self-powered, that is, no additional external power is required for operation thus it can be applied directly to the contactor in the
same way the thermal overload relays are applied.This feature also allows easy replacement of thermal
relays for solid-state ones without the need of rearranging the control circuit wiring or changing the
contactor.

FC-33 DC Selectable Signal Conditioner with
3-way isolation
Not all electrical signals are created equal. That’s why the FC series signal conditioners
are the perfect solution for converting process, temperature and other electrical signals
into voltage or current signals for transmission or input to a PLC.
The FC series signal conditioners offer 1500V isolation between the input and output to
help eliminate electrical noise. Features include easily accessible potentiometer adjustment of the output span and offset, (with the exception of FC-33), slim DIN-rail or sidemount cases and removable terminal blocks.
The FC series signal conditioners are ideal for use with PLCs, loop controllers, digital
displays and any other applications requiring an isolated or analog signal.
Field configurable input and output ranges of 0-5V, 0-10V, 020 mA and 4-20 mA with 1500 VDC isolation between input
and output, and 1500 VDC isolation from 24 volt power and
input/output. LED indicates normal operation and is used in
conjunction with the calibration pushbutton for the internal
calibration process.

Direct Automation has added the new CWB contactors and
overloads to the WEG switchgear line.
Developed according to IEC 60947 and UL 508 international standards, the new WEG CWB line of contactors meets
the requirements of a wide range of industrial applications
worldwide.
the contactors offer a compact solution because they are
compact, 45 mm wide and available in up to 38 A (18.5 kW
@ 400 V), CWB contactors lead to an overall reduction in
size of electric panels if compared to traditional solutions
of contactors with the same ratings.
DC Coils with no Inrush Pick-Up Current Low consumption
D.C. coils allow direct control through PLCs without the
need for coupler relays.

AutomationDirect adds Ethernet PLCs to CLICK® line
AutomationDirect has added Ethernet basic and standard
PLCs to the CLICK line. The new PLCs are 3 to 10 times
faster than the existing CLICK PLCs and are 100% upward
compatible with the existing CLICK units. With 8 input
points and 6 output points built in, CLICK Ethernet PLC
units are available with 24 VDC or 120 VAC inputs and DC
or relay outputs and can be used as a complete PLC system. Ethernet Basic PLC units (starting at $249.00) and
Ethernet Standard PLC units (starting at $279.00) feature
one built-in 10/100 Mbps Ethernet communications port
for both programming and Modbus TCP networking, plus
one standard RS-232 serial communications port; Ethernet
Standard PLC units add an RS-485 port.
Additionally, CLICK Ethernet PLC units include a
calendar/real time clock and battery backup for the internal
SRAM; the battery, sold separately, allows data to be
retained for five years. The Ethernet capabilities of these
new CLICK units also allow for run time edits, which means
edits to the ladder project can be downloaded while the
CLICK PLC keeps running, an important addition to an
already extremely practical PLC.
The new CLICK Ethernet PLC units are configured with the
easy-to-use programming software, available as a free
download.

panel has a 5.7-inch TFT LCD 320 x 240 dot display and a
palette of 32K colors for customizing objects, screen backgrounds and displaying bitmap graphics.
Powered from a Class 2, 12-24 VDC power supply, it features
three communications ports (USB programming, RJ12 and
DB15) and five user-defined function keys, each key with a
user-defined red LED indicator.
In landscape orientation, the panel can display up to 40 lines
by 80 characters of static text or up to 40 lines by 40 characters of dynamic text with embedded variables and phrases
