Faculty Supervisor Verification Form
For Research Paper Corrections Completion
The signed verification form should be returned to the Program Office in JOR-201.
The faculty supervisor may send an e-mail to the program administrator at (ief@ryerson.ca) in
lieu of this form to verify that the Research Paper submitted to the Department of Economics by
the student is a final corrected version.
Students will not be permitted to graduate if this form is not received by the deadline to clear
graduation requirements published on the SGS website at http://www.ryerson.ca/graduate/dates/.
This is to confirm that the student indicated below has completed all the corrections
required/recommended for the Research Paper.
The student’s Research Paper submitted to the Department of Economics is a final corrected
copy.
