REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
1. The applicant must be a UAE national
2. The applicant must not be older than 24 years
3. For high school students, the applicant must have achieved
an average of 85% in the General Secondary School Certificate
(or equivalent) for the academic year 2015-2016. The applicant
must also obtain an admission acceptance letter into an
academic institution/major approved by ADEC
4. For university students, the applicant must have achieved a
minimum GPA of 3.00 and have accomplished 30 credit hours
at least in a university/ discipline approved by ADEC
5. Must pass the CEPA-English exam with minimum required
score of 150, or IELTS exam with 5.0, or TOEFL IBT with 60
6. The applicant must pass the interview as well as
other assessments determined by ADEC

No applications shall be considered beyond the
previously mentioned timeline. Incomplete
applications or those not supported with the
required documents shall not be considered.
Male students who will join the National Service
Program upon completing the high school must
register for the Scholarships Program during the
registration period mentioned above.
