Our Supporting Specialised Programmes

Head of Department (HOD) Enhancement Series
These 5 Results-driven INTEGRATED Initiatives are designed based on a Structured Integration of
CONCEPTUAL (Thinking Skills), BEHAVIOURAL (Interaction Skills) and TECHNICAL (Operating Skills)
CAPABILITIES required by HODs to FOCUS, DRIVE, NURTURE and UNIFY their departments. The
Primary Intention is to equip HODs with more "Well-Balanced HOLISTIC COMPETENCIES". To be
extremely clear - these are NOT SOFT SKILLS Initiatives that just emphasize on People Management.
Most important, these l-day INTEGRATED Initiatives are specifically designed to DIRECTLY MEET the
KEY RESULT AREAS (Strategic and Operational Needs) of the Highly Busy HODs - whether they are
newly promoted to be HODs or HODs having more than 30 years experience
This Series also include a Specialised Interviewing Initiative that is designed to equip the Senior Corporate
Professionals with CRITICAL INTERVIEWING SKILLS required to EFFECTIVELY ASSESS Potential
Talents. This Assessment Initiative is facilitated by using Highly Interactive ROLE PLAY Sessions.
In addition, to significantly strengthen the Technical Skills of the HODs, we offer a unique Formulation
Initiative. This Initiative is developed to provide the HODs with Skills required to adopt SYSTEMATIC
STEPS and SPECIFIC RULES to formulate Performance-based Job Descriptions and Key Result Areas
to drive the Performance of the departmental staff. This initiative is exceptionally useful for organisations
that place serious focus on implementing an Effective PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM /
PROCESS
