To qualify; 2.1 The claimant must, between April 1st 2016 and August 31st 2016, ask Phoenix to connect their domestic property to the natural gas network for the first time. 2.2 The property connection must be completed within 28 days of the request date. 2.3 The property must also have or be undergoing a bathroom refurbishment with a minimum total cost (labour and materials) of £1000 3. Complete a ‘Claim Form’ which can only be downloaded from our website www.phoenixnaturalgas.com and submit this to Phoenix, along with the specified attachments, within 63 days of the first meter install date. b. Include a copy of the Phoenix Registered ‘Installer’s’ final receipted invoice for installing a natural gas boiler with system controls, with a value of least £500. c. Include a copy of the bathroom installation companies’ final invoice and/or a bathroom retailer invoice whose collective total is a minimum of £1000. d. The date of invoice for the bathroom refurbishment installation invoice must be within 8 weeks of the date of the gas meter installation to the property. e. Where claim documentation remains incomplete or is received more than 63 days after the property was 1st connected, the claim will not be processed under any circumstances. 4. This ‘Offer’ can be used with the ‘Free Connection to a Natural Gas Meter’ but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made available by ‘Phoenix’ or any independent governmental agency or grant processing facility.
