It allows removal of the UPS without powering down the connected equipment. The MicroPODs are available in several receptacle combinations, but certain PODs only work with certain UPS models (see MicroPOD Compatibility Chart) due to UPS plug differences. The 2U POD’s can be installed on the floor or mounted to a GXT 2U UPS using the included mounting brackets. The 2U POD also includes brackets for mounting the POD into a standard 19” rack. The rack mounting brackets can be installed in four positions on the POD; this allows the output wiring to face the front, rear, top, or bottom in the rack enclosure. 2U MicroPODs are provided with a 10-foot input cord for connection to utility and contain a 6-foot cord for connection to the UPS. Lamps on the front panel indicate utility and UPS power availability. MicroPODs are UL and c-UL Listed. Models MP2-210K and MP2-220L are CE marked (not UL Listed).
