After completing this RMA Request Form, please fax this form along with a copy of the original purchase invoice to (626) 581-3775. 4. Within 24 hours of receiving your completed RMA Request form and the copy of your original purchase invoice, the RMA Department will either fax you an RMA Number or provide a reason for denial. 5. If you receive an RMA Number, please write the RMA Number clearly on the outside of your shipping box (along with the address). Note: We will reject any packages shipped to the RMA Department without an RMA Number. Note: All returned merchandise must be in its original, unmarked packaging with the appropriate SKU/bar code sticker. We will not accept returned merchandise in different or damaged packaging. We reserve the right to decline the order for any reason. All new customers are required to pay 50% in advance on their first order; payment may be made with credit card or wire transfer. Shipping & Handling Orders submitted before 11 a.m. are typically shipped out on the same day. However, this schedule is not guaranteed. If the order cannot be shipped on the same day, then the order will usually be shipped on the following business day. Valor Communication uses UPS and other shipping companies to provide the best service for your business and to ensure on-time delivery. It is your responsibility to accept the delivery and any charges that may apply. This includes any extra charges for services you requested (special routing, inside delivery, etc.). Note: Shipping charges, re-shipping charges, and/or a 30% restocking fee may apply to rejected or returned packages. Receiving Please inspect the box for signs of damage before opening your product. If you think there may be product damage, please take a photo of the unopened box. This will help to prove that damage was the carrier’s fault. Please retain original packaging until you have verified your product performs as expected in accordance with the warranty & policy. Note: Once your order has been delivered to your location, you have up to 48 hours to report any shortage and wrong products. Limited Warranty Information Our products are supported by different limited warranties. Limited Warranty Information is only for defective products. Please read each warranty to determine which terms and conditions apply: 45 days limited warranties applies to all of our products, excluding Bluetooth accessories. 90 days limited warranties applies to Bluetooth accessories. Cancellation You are responsible for a 30% restocking fee for orders cancelled after the S.O. has been issued and processed. Processed is defined as the period of time when the product requested has been put aside for fulfillment of the order. This will be an automatic response if we receive no notification from you for seven business days. Return & Exchange We offer 15 days return or exchange on good products. All return and exchange products must be in original condition. A credit or exchange may be issued, per request, upon inspection. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Exchange may be accepted for any defective products. Please refer to Limited Warranty Information, above, and the RMA Request Form for details. We do not accept any returns on all custom orders (with the only exception in cases of internal accidents). All closeout/clearance products are final sale – no exchange, no refund, and no return.
