Fall 2015 Eastern Florida State College Proctored Testing for External Institutions Thank you for contacting Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) for test proctoring at any of our four beautiful campuses. Please be advised that the Melbourne and Cocoa Campus Assessment Centers (MCAC & CCAC) do not schedule any external testing during EFSC’s midterm and final exam weeks due to the high volume of EFSC exams. EFSC’s midterm and final exams during the Fall 2015 semester are from October 5th through October 17th and December 4th through December 11th. Your proctored exams may be scheduled at either the Palm Bay Learning Lab or the Titusville Learning Lab on a space-available basis. In addition, all EFSC campuses are closed for the following holidays during the Fall 2015 semester: Labor Day, Monday, 09/07/15; Veteran’s Day, Wednesday, 11/11/15; and Thanksgiving from Wednesday to Sunday, 11/25-29/15. The college closes for winter break on Friday, 12/18/15. For the purposes of external testing, our weekly hours of operation are: MCAC: Monday/Wednesday: 1:00 P.M. - 8:30 P.M. We must, in all cases, follow the allotted test time-limits set by your instructor for each particular test so, if your test’s allotted time is longer than twoand-a-half hours, we will work with you to schedule your testing appointment accordingly. Please pay the fee through the Cashier’s Office on any campus prior to your test appointment date; you’ll present one copy of your paid receipt and your picture ID to the proctor before your test is administered. IDENTIFICATION (ID): An important aspect of proctored exams is ensuring positive identification. You must bring valid and current picture identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, military ID, etc. Expired ID, digital ID, or ID without a picture can NOT be accepted. Unfamiliar ID, such as an out-of-state driver’s license or an out-of-area school ID, may need to be supported with an additional form of ID. If your last name has changed, please update your picture identification and your school records. Also, if your picture is not clear or does not resemble you, you may be asked for an additional form of ID.
