Dual Display Offers Versatile Graphical Capabilities: The 8845A and 8846A features a unique graphical display that can
reveal signal quality issues like drift, intermittent and stability by viewing the measurement data as a real time TrendPlot™,
Histogram or Statistics using the unique analyze mode.
ENCLOSURES
Wide Measurement Ranges: Resistance or current has been extended to cover the widest range possible. The 8846A
resistance measurements range is extended from 10 Ω up to 1 GΩ with a resolution of up to 10 µΩ. For DC current
measurements, the 8845A and 8846A ranges from 100 µA to 10 A with a maximum resolution of 100 pA.
Perform 4-Wire Measurements Easily with Two Leads: Patented split terminal jacks for 2 × 4 Ohms function allow you to
perform precise 4-wire measurements with only two leads instead of four. Optional Kelvin leads accessories are available to
enable you to establish a 4-wire connection even in tight spaces.

Fluke 8846A Extended Performance and Capabilities: The 8846A increases basic VDC accuracy to 0.0024% plus adds
measurements like capacitance, RTD temperature and dBm. The 8846A also includes a USB device port to connect standard
USB memory storage devices. USB memory is a convenient way to store or transfer critical data to your PC.

Systems Capabilities: Both instruments include an RS-232, IEEE-488 and Ethernet interface as standard, with popular DMM
emulation modes make systems integration a simple task.

The Fluke 8808A delivers a wide variety of measurement functions, including volts, ohms and amps, plus frequency —
all at superior accuracy and resolution with a basic VDC accuracy of 0.015%.
Measure Sensitive Leakage Current: The Fluke 8808A is the only multimeter in its class to use a high impedance input
technique to perform this type of critical leakage current measurement. In this special mode, the 8808A can measure small
currents with a resolution of up to 100 nA, without loading the circuit under test.
ASSEMBLY
Perform Routine Manufacturing Functional Tests with Consistency: Set up the meter for a common measurement, then
press shift followed by a setup button (S1 to S6) to save the setup. Now each time you perform that measurement, simply
press the appropriate setup key. Operators no longer need to press multiple buttons to make a measurement.
Eliminate Production Mistakes: Whether you are performing functional tests or making critical measurements on test points,
using the limit compare mode with pass/fail indicators eliminates mistakes, especially those where results are “on the edge.”
