Item No. 7160-0390-06 (Button lock, Dual RF, Int. power) Item No. 7160-0390-12 (Auto lock, Dual RF, Int. power) REFERENCE INST-509 & INST-398 FOR COMPLETE INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS INSTALLATION The GPS module is powered via the CF-31 Mag Docking Station power cable. Follow INST-398 for the dock wiring considerations. The GPS antenna is located under the gray plastic cover on top of the Mag Dock. The dock should be installed so that the gray cover has a clear view of they sky through the windshild. The hardware bag contians a harness that allows for four inputs and three outputs (I/O Harness) The ouputs should be connected using standard automotive relays. The dock serial number (located on the white label on the bottom of the dock) is the serial number required for actication. For future reference you can record your serial number and VIN or license number here. VIN/License:__________________________________ Serial #_______________________ Once your account is activated make sure the unit is getting good GSM/GPS signals. Use the hole in the side of the dock housing to view the troubleshooting LEDs on the GPS unit.
