A single room is a bedroom designed for only one resident while a double room is a bedroom designed for two person
occupancy. A Private room, limited depending on availability, is a double room occupied by one resident. If available,
private rooms will not be assigned until two weeks into the semester. Please contact the main office for more
information on private rooms.
Apartments/rooms are all suite-style which means there are two or more bedroom units in each suite depending on the
facility. Each resident will share community space and bathroom, for example, residents of the LLC will share the
foyer, Lincoln, Kuehne, and West residents will share the living room, and residents of the Village will share the living
room and kitchen space.
Meal Plan Options (must choose a meal plan, amount per semester):
Declining Balance Plan:
Dining $1,470 + BodBucks $150 = $1,620
Village Plan:
Dining $500 + BodBucks $250 = $750
Block Plans:
Meals 225 + Dining $300 + BodBucks $25 = $1,775
Meals Unlimited + Dining $150 + BodBucks $25 = $2,175
Dining Dollars is money put onto the Washburn student identification card. It can be used in the Stauffer Commons
Union Marketplace, Corner Store and Libation Station. BodBucks is also money put onto the card and can be spent for
a number of services on campus (Corner Store, University Bookstore, laundry facilities, etc). Meals are used to access
the Lincoln dining facility. Dining Dollars may also be used to access the Lincoln dining facility.
