Kids Klub
Extended Daycare Program
Egg Harbor Township Schools is proud to offer before and after
school daycare programs for students enrolled in kindergarten through
fifth grade. We are dedicated to serving our community and offering
programs that enrich the educational, social and physical development
of our children.
During the programs, certified teachers and aides will provide help
with homework and learning concepts, lead recreational activities and
participate in creative arts.
Snacks are provided during both the before and after school programs.

PROGRAM HOURS
AM: 7am until opening of school
PM: Dismissal time until 6pm
Morning kindergarten may enroll in AM program only.
Afternoon kindergarten may enroll PM program only.
REGISTRATION
There is a non-refundable $15 registration fee per child.

KIDS KLUB FEES
$5 per day before school program
$7 per day after school program
Additional children from the same household are $1 less per session.
You are permitted to add additional AM sessions only.
Staff will accept payment at that time.
Kids Klub accepts online payments in the form of a credit, debit card, e-check or
cash, check or money orders.
NO CREDITS will be given unless the school closes
for inclement weather or if a medical note is submitted.
DEADLINES:
Each Thursday is the deadline to register for the following week. There will
be absolutely no exceptions. If your child isn’t scheduled on time, he or she
will NOT be permitted to attend Kids Klub for that week. You may register
for more than one week at a time. However, please be aware that no changes
to the PM session can be made.
The deadline to pick up your child is 6pm.
There will be a $10 charge for any pick up after 6pm.
PLEASE NOTE:
Transportation services will NOT be provided to
students attending Kids Klub.
KIDS KLUB RULES
Students attending the program must be signed in/out by a parent or guardian. A
photo ID is to be shown. For the PM program, children must be signed out no later
than 6pm. Failure to do so will result in a late fee and possible dismissal from
the program.
All school behavior rules apply to the Kids Klub program.
Payments or notes to teachers, bus drivers or secretaries about any changes to the
schedule are NOT permitted. Please call the Kids Klub office at
609-646-8441, Ext 1021 with any questions or concerns.
Students signed up for the PM session MUST attend Kids Klub or be picked up
from school prior to the start of the PM session. For your child’s safety,
ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES TO THE PM SESSION ARE PERMITTED.
If you do not schedule your child, it is understood that the child will NOT be
attending Kids Klub and regular dismissal procedures will be in place, such as
riding the bus home.
Kids Klub reserves the right to dismiss any student who fails to follow the program
rules and regulations.
Students will also be dismissed for late payment or non-payment.
