including o Shabbat keys o Missing classes/rescheduling tests because of Jewish holidays Participates in Student Board Supervision, Goal Setting and Evaluation o Meets with President at least once a position has no programming responsibilities other than being a support for all Jewish community members who are seeking how to create budgets from their programs and how to pay for these events. ● Supports Fresh Fest planning, activities, and follow­up Oversight of budget for all programs hosted by the Hillel student board. ❖ Creates a record of all money spent and how it is spent on all student board programs using Excel ❖ Keeps a record of and track all grants for Student Board Programming. ❖ Make sure funds are managed correctly for all student board programming. ❖ Creates a monthly budget report to be reviewed by the Hillel Board. ❖ Helps students to create fiscally responsible programs. Grant management ❖ Seeks grant opportunities for Hillel ❖ Helps student apply for all grants including the CCP ❖ Tracks grant applications, awards, and how grants are spent through programming. Assists Hillel staff with administrative tasks related to budgeting when appropriate. Help develop and oversee the Hillel Student Board micro grant program. ❖ Work with Hillel staff and the Student Board on creating an outline of the program including guidelines, and a application process ❖ Manage marketing for the micro grant program ❖ Manages incoming micro grant applications ❖ Works with the Hillel staff and Student Board with distributing micro grants ❖ Manages the incoming and outgoing funds of the program.
