Warsaw, 19th of August 2015
Polish Tourist Organisation along with National Tourist Organisation of Visegrad Group
(hereinafter as V4) is organizing a roadshow in India, including 3 tourist workshops which will be held in Mumbai, Bangalore, and New Delhi.
Workshops will be organized according to the following schedule:
2 nd of December (Wednesday)
Arrival of roadshow participants to New Delhi, individual transfers to hotels.
3 rd of December (Thursday)
Morning workshop in New Delhi and briefing for journalists. Meeting ended with lunch. Transfer to the airport, flight to Bangalore, transfer to hotel in Bangalore.
4 th of December (Friday)
Morning workshop in Bangalore and briefing for journalists. Meeting ended with lunch. Transfer to the airport, flight to Mumbai, transfer to Hotel in Mumbai.
5 th of December (Saturday)
Morning workshop in Mumbai and briefing for journalists. Meeting ended with lunch.
6 th of December (Sunday)
Departure from India. Individual transfers to airport.
Each workshop will follow the scenario:
 Welcome speech and presentation of the workshop participants
 Presentations of Central Europe tourist products given by National Tourist
Organisations of V4
 B2B talks/ briefing with journalists
 Lunch
