Cast Aluminium
Tooling Plate and
Profile Block
Aalco has formed a working alliance with alimex to offer
three grades of their cast aluminium tooling plate plus a
range of cutting services.
All grades can be supplied as full size plates, cut plates,
circles, rings and irregular profiled blocks.
ACP 5080 High precision, stress-relieved cast aluminium
plate with fine grain structure and low porosity, surface
machined on both sides. Tight tolerances, high dimensional
stability and excellent processing characteristics make this
the first choice for fixtures, tools and general applications.
Available in both metric and imperial sizes.

ACP 5080R Sawn, stress-relieved cast aluminium plate with
fine grain structure and low porosity, available in a very wide
range of sizes from 8 mm to 100 mm in thickness. Tight
tolerances and high strength combined with excellent
dimensional stability during extreme machining make this
first choice for mould tools in challenging applications and
profile blocks from 100 mm up to 1000 mm in thickness.
ACP 6000 High precision, stress-relieved cast aluminium
plate with fine grain structure and low porosity, surface
machined on both sides for close tolerances. The 7xxx
series alloy has excellent machinability and adequate
strength. Supplied with foil protection to both sides.
