ENTRY DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2016 – POSTMARKED
YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF IT IS NOT POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE

o Each dog must have ran at 3 qualifying SWCDA trials to be
eligible for the finals. If you plan on attending any trial sanctioned with
SWCDA after the deadline above, we will still be accepting your entry. If for
any reason you do not get 3 qualifying runs in, we will reimburse your finals
entry.

FORM – fill out 2 entry forms for each dog entered (one form for each run of
the finals. Example, if you are entering 2 dogs you will need to fill out 4 forms).

In the trial name section please write FINALS. The scoresheet
section is for office use only. Please do not forget to sign and
date it. PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORMS.
Classes are: Open, Ranch, Nursery and Novice – they will be
ran in that order.
Run orders will be a computer drawn, random print out and
will be posted prior to the start of the trial and on the
website once we have received the entries and tallied
everything.
The Finals handler meeting will be at 7:30am and the trial will
start at 8am both days (Nov 4th & 5th). Do not forget this is a time
change weekend, so plan accordingly.
ENTRY FEE is: $100/dog (both days included). Payout will be 100%. 50% of that
going into day money each day, paying one place for every 4 entries. Awards
will be given for average winners as well as division of added money.

*** There will be NO parking with dogs directly next to the arena on the east
side (in the gravel). All parking & RV parking will be out in the grass area. We
do not want any unattended dogs left near this area. Thank you for your
cooperation. Handicap parking is allowed there as long as NO DOGS ARE LEFT UNATTENDED.
