INC. AT 270 SOUTHWEST CUTOFF IN WORCESTER, MA
WORCESTER, MASSACHUSETTS- Temp Air, Inc. has leased the entire 13,920 square foot
building and some accompanying fenced in yard space at 270 SW Cutoff in Worcester MA. Joel
Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. worked with Temp Air, Inc. in identifying the
property, and the company ultimately signed a long term lease for the entire building. Since
1965, TEMP-AIR, Inc. has been a leading provider of temporary heating, cooling, dehumidifying,
and air filtration services. The company is relocating from their previous location in Marlborough,
MA.
