Dimensions
Remodel six inch for installation into existing sheet rock ceilings where access is only
available from below the ceiling. Housing is supplied with a single GU24 compact
fluorescent socket, allowing the end-user to select lamp wattages between 13W and 26W
self ballasted GU24 based lamp. May be in direct compact with thermal insulation and
adjacent structural components. Rated for use with one compact fluorescent GU24 spiral or
reflector lamp.

0.035 aluminum housing adjusts to a maximum ceiling thickness of 1-1/4" (32mm).
Housing terminates at a 1/4" ceiling flange for even positioning of housing angle within the
ceiling. Structural arm consists of 0.050 steel and connects to housing with junction box
and ballast. Integral spring brackets provided.

Mounting
Four high tension tempered steel springs secure remodel housing to 5/8" thick (max)
ceiling (Hole cutout template provided for convenience).
Junction Box
Prewired 25 cubic inch .064" thick galvanized steel, with seven 7/8" knockout, four
Romex® pryouts, and snap on covers. All leads are #18AWG wire, the ground wire is
connected to the bottom, and quick connectors are supplied on all leads. Through branch
circuit wiring, (4-in, 4-out).

26W Twist & Lock Reflector GU24 lamp maximum (ordered separately).
Baffle Reflector
Baffle is precision spun .040 aluminum with deep groves and full cone reflector to reduce
aperture glare. Non-reflective matte black or white painted finishes.
