Ergonomic control box for easier High Power System (HPS) technology operation. Proposed on all PowerCIAT units, HPS technology allows to increase cooling and heating capacity and the Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER and ESEER). HPS System keeps the PowerCIAT running at optimum conditions all year long. Screw compressors the best technology has to offer Latest-generation accessible hermetic screw compressors are small, quiet and high-performance. The rotors, designed with a stable profile for higher yield, are precision machined to significantly increase their efficiency by reducing rubbing and by-pass. The screw compressor has fewer moving parts and is coupled directly to the gearless drive for lower vibration levels. The rubber anti-vibration mounts maintain noise at a low level. The compressor used by PowerCIAT allows a wide operating range with a particularly high yield. Although it is a high capacity machine, PowerCIAT's part-winding starter or star-delta starter (varies by compressor model) reduces the inrush current. The small number of moving parts, high-quality components (such as aeronautical bearings), optimised oil management, and maximum and continuous motor cooling mean longer life for the PowerCIAT units with no servicing or heavy maintenance required.
