Slope Fields:
• Create a table of coordinates that extend from ­5 to 5 on both the x and y­axis
• Substitute the coordinates into the differential equation and find the value of dy/dx
• Draw line segments with that slope at that coordinate
* If all segments in the vertical direction have the same slope, the differential equation is only in terms of x
* If all segments in the horizontal direction have the same slope, the differential equation is only in terms of y
