There are many animals in the world that have
been mistreated. One of them is the brown bear. The
brown bear is one of Europe’s largest predators. Yet,
over the years, it has lost its confidence and natural
instincts. This could be due to people mistreating it
over the years. For example, people used to capture
brown bears and use them for entertainment in
circuses. However, today there is a group of people
who are trying to help these animals. They go into the
wild and put food in different areas, encouraging the
bears to look for the food. Although it may take years,
you can be sure that these animals will once again
take their rightful place in nature. (Unit 12)
