representationtotheIWRF2016GeneralAssemblyandConference,in
Frankfort,Germany–November12-15,2016

RepresentationattheIWRFAssemblyandConference,wasdeemed,bythe
Board,unanimously,tobenecessary,andvitaltotheinterestsofthe
membersoftheUSQRA
Asaresultofthisneedtoattend,theCommissionerwasdesignatedasthe
representativeoftheUSQRA.
TheBoard,unanimously,electedtodesignatefundingfromtheGeneralFund
andtheDevelopmentalFundtopayforairfare,registrationandhotel.
Fundingwasdedicatedinthismanner:1/3offundingwillcomefromthe
GeneralFund,and2/3offundingwillcomefromtheDevelopmentalFund,
withamaximumtotalvalueof$1500.Bothfundsweredeemedsustainable,
withthisexpenditure,especially,withthesurplusintheDevelopmental
Fund,thisyear,duetotheNielsenGrantfunding.
ThechoiceofuseofDevelopmentalFunding,forpartialfunding,wasdueto
thenatureoftheIWRFmeetings,andtheimprovement/advancementofthe
sportofWheelchairRugby,intheUnitedStates,andintheglobalcommunity.
TheUSQRA,willcollaboratewithrepresentativesoftheUSWheelchair
Rugbyteam,asrepresentativesofWheelchairRugbyfromtheUnitedStates.
