2016 RTC EXHIBITOR REGISTRAION

Set up will be on Monday October 3, 2016 at 0600 hrs. Opening Ceremony will be at 10:00
and you are welcome to attend. If there is time, I will allow you to give a short presentation
similar to what we have done the last few years. Please let me know if you are interested.
This will be similar to what we did in San Diego and Reno. The exhibitor area will be at the hotel but the
training will be mostly off site close to the hotel. I am inviting you to participate in the scenario’s being
presented. We will be conducting the training on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the off site
location. Keep an eye out for more information on the training on www.iabti.org Region 1 training.
Lunch will be at the hotel each day (Monday – Thursday)(voucher) at 1200 hrs. The banquet will be on
Wednesday night. Please let me know if you will be attending.
If you would like to sponsor our conference we will be happy to accept your literature to be handed out at
registration. Please have your literature delivered to my address by no later than August 15th. My new
