Celebrating U.S. innovation in robotics, National Robotics Week is designed to get students excited about science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Alien Worlds and Androids: Where science fiction meets science fact! Created with the help of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, visitors will join scientists in their search for alien life within and beyond our solar system, discover strange alien-like creatures found here on Earth, and learn about the technologies used to explore remote solar systems and extreme environments found on Earth. Included in the search are familiar characters such as Iron Man, C3PO and more! Exhibit highlights include Artificial Intelligence and Robots, Robot Space Explorers, and the Robotization of Planet Earth.
