animal bodily fluid stains. As an added benefit, the

Sofa Mart
Leather Warranty
Protection Program
The Leather Protection product is a non-toxic
chemical combination that coats the fibers of the
leather. These coated fibers resist stains, in fact
water or oils often roll right off the leather. We’re
so sure that our product is effective that we guarantee that any normal household stain will come out
of the leather for up to the next five years.* If the
stain does not come out, we will have it professionally removed or replace that piece. Be sure to read
the warranty agreement for any exclusions.
Now let’s get started. The first thing to do is make
sure you apply the protection correctly to activate
the five year warranty. The protection needs to be
applied within 24 hours of receiving your furniture.
When applying the protection, consistantly wipe all
parts until they are lightly damp. Remember, the
leather may temporarily darken until dries. If a
white residue appears, use the Leather Cleaner and
a clean cloth to wipe it off. This is just excess
protectant that did not soak in. It is not necessary
to wipe non-traffic areas such as the back and sides.
Allow time for the protection to dry before sitting
on your furniture. The Leather Protection is 100%
non-toxic and will NOT harm children or animals.
Included in your kit was a bottle leather conditioner.
We recommend that you condition your furniture
twice a year beginning six months after purchase.
How to handle a stain: If a stain occurs, please
use the Sofa Mart Leather Cleaner that was
included in your purchase. Make sure you use it
as directed. It is important that you blot up the
stain: It can cause excess damage if the stain is
rubbed. If the stain remains, please call our service department, Great White Bottling, Inc. at:

We will talk you through how to get the stain out.
We may even send you some different cleaners to
help you get it out. If that does not work, we will
send out a professional cleaner. If that still does
not work, we will replace the part of the sofa that
is stained if that is not possible, we will replace
the entire piece.
Make sure you have your original Sofa Mart
receipt when you call. This will help us validate
your warranty and determine what kind of leather
you have so we can best remove the stain.
One final note, while the Sofa Mart Leather
Protection will help protect against all stains, we
can not guarantee the removal of stains caused by
inks, paints, dyes or lacquers.
Thank you, and again Congratulations.
P.S. When you run out of Leather conditioner or
cleaner, just bring your empty bottle back to the
store for a free refill for as long as you own the
sofa.
*If the piece has to be replaced, the warranty terminates on that piece.

of the warranty.
The Great White Fabric Protection Warranty provides protection against
Foods, Beverages, Blood, and Oil for a period of Five Years for fabric.
IT DOES NOT include inks, dyes, lacquers, and paints of
any kind, or soiling from everyday use. It also does not
include rips, tears and burns caused by animals, Knives,
scissors, or damage incurred by moving furniture.
This is the legal discription:.
1. Defined Terms. For the purposes of the Warranty contained
in paragraph 2, capitalized terms mean the following, unless
the context requires otherwise or unless such capitalized terms
are defined elsewhere:
a. Fabrics. “Fabrics” includes all cloth and leather fabrics on
furniture.
b. Ordinary Household Stains. “Ordinary Household Stains”
mean all stains not otherwise excluded hereby. “Ordinary
Household Stains” does not include inks, dyes, lacquers,
and paints of any kind, or soiling from everyday use, and
this Warranty does not apply to stains resulting from force
majeure events, such as acts
of God, acts of governmental authorities, floods, tornadoes,
volcanoes, hurricanes, snow pack, mud slides, or similar
events. This Warranty is not a contract to provide cleaning for
normal soiling.
c. Warranty Period. For all Fabrics, the “Warranty Period”
is five (5) years.
2. Warranty. Great White Bottling, Inc. (“Great White”) warrants to the undersigned Purchaser (and not any other individual or entity) for the Warranty Period that the products
contained in Great White’s fabric
protection kit (“Protection Kit”), if properly applied, protect
Fabrics against Ordinary Household Stains and remove
Ordinary Household Stains from Fabrics. In order for this
Warranty to be effective, the Purchaser must comply with the
Warranty Conditions described below. This Warranty does not
apply to replacement furniture provided in accordance with
the remedies set forth in paragraph 4 below.
3. Warranty Conditions. The warranty contained in paragraph
2 above (“Warranty”) is valid, effective, and enforceable
against Great White only if the Purchaser follows the procedures contained in this paragraph 3
(“Warranty Conditions”) and meets all other conditions contained in this Warranty Agreement:
a. In order for this Warranty to be effective, the Protection Kit
must be purchased at the same time as the furniture to which
this Warranty is to apply, and the Fabric Protection contained
in the Protection Kit must
be applied to the purchased furniture within twenty-four (24)
hours after the Purchaser receives the furniture. This Warranty
applies only to Fabrics that are an integral part of a piece of
furniture purchased at the
same time as the Protection Kit.
b. In the event an Ordinary Household Stain occurs within
the Warranty Period on a Fabric which is part of a piece of
furniture meeting the conditions of paragraph 3.a. (“Damaged
Piece of Furniture”), the
Purchaser must utilize the Protection Kit in strict compliance
with the directions and instructions provided on each product
contained in the Protection Kit. If, despite application of the
Protection Kit in
compliance with the directions and instructions, the Ordinary
Household Stain remains on the Damaged Piece of Furniture,
then the Purchaser must notify Great White in writing
(“Warranty Notice”) of a warranty claim pursuant to this
Warranty Agreement. The Warranty Notice must include (a) a
description of the nature of the Ordinary Household Stain and
the Fabric, (b) state the date the Ordinary Household Stain
appeared on the Fabric, (c) confirm that the Protection Kit was
properly utilized, (d) provide the Purchaser’s current address
and telephone number, (e) and provide a copy of the original
sales receipt showing the
purchase of a Protection Kit and Warranty.
4. Remedies. Should Great White determine, in its sole discretion, that all Warranty Conditions have been met, then
Great White will arrange for a professional cleaning service
(“Cleaning Service”) (to be selected
solely by Great White) to clean the Ordinary Household
Stain from the Damaged Piece of Furniture, provided that the
Purchaser cooperates with Great White and with the Cleaning
Service with respect to the
coordination of such cleaning. In the event that the Cleaning
Service has attempted but is unable to remove the Ordinary
Household Stain from the Damaged Piece of Furniture, then
Great White will replace that
separable part of the Damaged Piece of Furniture on which
the Ordinary Household Stain appears or, if the Ordinary
Household Stain appears in a part of the Damaged Piece
of Furniture that cannot be separated, then Great White will
replace the Damaged Piece of Furniture with an identical piece
of furniture or, if an identical piece of furniture is not reasonably available, with a piece of furniture of not greater value
than the
original purchase price of the Damaged Piece of Furniture.
If the Damaged Piece of Furniture is replaced, then the
Damaged Piece will become the property of Great White. If
the Damaged Piece of Furniture is replaced pursuant to this
paragraph 4, then all costs of labor, transportation, insurance,
installation, removal, disassembly, reassembly, and other such
costs relating to the replacement of the Damaged Piece of
Furniture shall be borne by the Purchaser and this warranty
shall terminate.
5. Limitation of Liability. Notwithstanding any provision
contained in this Warranty Agreement, Great White’s
maximum liability arising under this Warranty Agreement
shall not exceed the original
purchase price of the Damaged Piece of Furniture. The
Remedy provided for in paragraph 4 above (“Remedy”)
shall constitute the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy
for any claim brought pursuant
to this Warranty Agreement even if the Remedy fails in its
essential purpose. In addition, the Remedy shall be in lieu
of all other remedies available to the Purchaser under the
common law or under the
Uniform Commercial Code, whether written, oral, express,
or implied, and no implied warranty of merchantability
shall apply. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, under no
circumstances shall Great White be liable to the Purchaser,
its agents, assignees, or any other persons for any

Damages arise under warranty, tort, contract, or strict liability theories. Consequential damages include (without
limitation) loss of profits, cost of capital, down time, lost
