About Irving's Roll-Off
Container Program
Whether you're planning a small
bathroom remodel or a larger
construction project, the
City of Irving Solid Waste Services
has a roll-off container that will
fit your needs. Service includes
the rental of a 12, 20 or 30 yard,
open-top roll-off container.
A roll-off is a temporary container
and is referred to as “roll-off”
because the container itself is
typically configured with small
wheels, and the vehicle used to
deliver and pick up the container
uses a hoist and a tipping bed to
roll the container on and off at
each site.
Solid Waste Services will provide
roll-off container service to a
residential customer, with proof
of a current City of Irving water
account or to a commercial
customer, business, church,
governmental agency, or other
entity, with proof of business
status and location within the
City of Irving.
When would you use a
roll-off container?
Typically, a roll-off container would
be used for waste from building
construction, such as rocks, brick,
broken concrete, lumber, building
materials, or other trash resulting
from construction or major remodeling
or resulting from a general cleanup
of vacant or improved property.

Roll-Off Container
Rental Tips:
A service agreement is required.
Fees are applicable.
Roll-Off trucks must have 50 feet
of straight clear access to approach
and engage the container.
All container sites must have
minimum height clearance of
25 feet.
It is the customer's responsibility to
provide an accessible location for
the container.
Customers will assume responsibility
for damage to or loss of the rented
container(s).
