I r e c e n t l y r e q u e s t e d JRSO t o f u r n i s h us with a com]lete statement i n d i c a t i n g
t h e amounts of DMarks which have been d i s t r i b u t e d f o r t h e account of t h e Jewish
Agency and for t h e account of t h e JDC without any r e f e r e n c e t o reimbursing t h e
o p e r a t i n g agents for t h e i r d o l l a r advances t o JRSO and <^n the b a s i s of chaiging
i n t e r e s t on loans a g a i n s t t h e Jewish Agency i n accordance with my agreeement VXLH

I have now received a complete r e p o r t as per t h e e n c l o s u r e , from which you w i l l
note t h a t t h e JAFF has drawn somewhat more than 13«4 m i l l i o n DMarks as a g a i n s t
s l i g h t l y more than 2 . 8 m i l l i o n dran by JDC. According t o my confutation t h e r e
