Are you looking for a low-cost, meaning an affordable but not cheap, phone system on short
notice?
Does competent and reliable service without hidden costs matter to you?
Does a flexibly defined, possibly temporary term of use play a decisive role for you?
We will provide you with a free phone system, and bill you for a flat-rate service charge
only.
This presupposes that you sign a service agreement for the system maintenance with us.
The term of the phone system usage can be freely defined and terminated quarterly.
We offer you comprehensive management with all-inclusive service.
This will ensure that costs remain foreseeable and transparent.
In case of a telephone system failure, you incur no additional costs for the deployment of frontline
technicians, repairs or the possibly required replacement of defective parts. We will process
possible error messages in short predefined response times.
The telephone system and telephones are former rental systems made by AVAYA (formerly
Tenovis, Bosch-Telecom, Telenorma) that have been refurbished for follow-up use after being
returned from their rental deployment. To this end, the telephone systems and telephones are
cleaned, tested and technically upgraded to reflect the latest standard.
The offer is calculated for the provision of a conventional ISDN telephone system including
telephones to cover standard customer requirements.
The telephone systems have modular setup and permit moreover the realisation of any
conceivable technical requirement, can be configured according to custom requests and flexibly
expanded. Special requirements such as PA systems, voice box/ voicemail (including e-mail
connectivity) professional DECT, VOIP (voice over IP) or the implementation of additional system
integration are optional. The costs for custom services will be calculated per item.

The flat rate is calculated for mounting the system on an existing line network. Possibly required
extra work on the line network will be separately charge on a per-cost basis.
We provide such systems in the in all regions of Germany, except from installation places on
islands with separate costs for ferry or train transport.
Please inquire if you have special requests. We will surely find a solution!
The provision of the free system is subject to prior substantiation of equipment insurance for the
telephone system and the telephones on the client side (self-insurance). We will be happy to
support you in this effort.
Payment of the non-recurrent flat rate for installing and dismantling the system must be made
ahead of the delivery and installation. Analogously, the service charges must be pre-paid each
quarter.
The minimum contract period is 3 months (can be terminated by the end of each quarter).
According to the current suitability and availability, several of the vendor’s types of telephone
systems and telephones may be deployed.
Subject to price and technical changes, errors, changes in availability and delivery options.
All prices are net amounts. The VAT will be separately itemised on the invoice.
