sector and reduce costs.

A contractual relationship between contractors in which they will hold one
another ''harmless'' with respect to staff, property and consequential - or
indirect - losses or damages.

In the event of an accident or damage to property each company will be
responsible for its own, avoiding complex litigation procedures involving
