The applicant must have at least 3 years of work experience. B. The applicant must possess a bachelor of business administration or an equivalent degree studied on a full-time basis from approved universities and colleges. Undergraduates with non-business majors may also be accepted in the program on discretionary basis. Applicants should have a minimum grade point average of "Very Good (3.75 out of 5)" in their bachelor degree program. However, in some cases, applicants with GPA of "Good (3 to 3.75)" may be accepted if (i) they have a Very Good score in the subjects of their undergraduate major or (ii) if they have exceptional level of work experience. DURATION OF STUDY The program duration is of four semesters (two years). Members of QCCI are usually international and local companies, such as lawyers, property developers, tourism companies, airlines, manufacturing companies, import and export businesses, banks, finance companies, legal advisors, IT and electronics manufacturers etc. Some International companies with offices in Saudi Arabia are also members of QCCI. The Community Partnerships Unit at CBE will work closely with UIC to identify budding entrepreneurs and provide guidance and support in various areas like finance, technology adoption, business planning and operations. Dr. Obaid Al-Motairy, the Dean of CBE expressed that this collaboration is expected to give a strong boost to the SMEs in the region. California State University, Bakersfield, USA CBE also entered into a collaborative agreement with the College of Business at California State University, Bakersfield, USA to facilitate academic and business research cooperation. The activities will involve joint research projects, collaborative running of courses and faculty & student exchange. Al Rass Chamber of Commerce, Saudi Arabia Meeting was held between Community Partnerships Group of CBE and Al Rass Chamber of Commerce in January 2014 to discuss collaborative projects of mutual interest.
