Additional Window Services Quality Check
□ Window tracks vacuumed, washed and detailed in corners and edges
□ Screen frames and mesh washed, wiped dry and inspected for smears
Window Inspection Results
□ Windows appear to be in good condition
□ Some windows have the following damage:
o Broken seals (film / condensation between thermal panes)
o Permanent silicate deposits (deposits cannot be removed without
restoration polishing process)
o Broken or cracked glass
o Damaged glass from one or more causes;
 Defective tempered glass with fabricating debris
 Pet scratches on doors
 Abrasions by masonry workers (stone, stucco, brick,
cement)
 Sandpaper rubbed against the glass (painters)
 Welding or grinding damage where sparks melted into the
glass surface
 Tool scratches caused by other tradesman near windows
 Wind blown debris (shingles, sand etc.)
Landscape and Property Check
□ Flowers and plants left untrampled
□ Porch, patio and walks free of mud and footprints
□ Outdoor furnishings returned to original positions
□ Hoses recoiled and water valves turned off
□ Entry door area dusted and cleaned of cobwebs
□ All drop cloths, detail cloths, ladders and poles accounted for
