TEST OF ESSENTIAL ACADEMIC SKILLS (TEAS V®) The TEAS V is the examination being utilized for entrance into the RN and PN Nursing Programs at Cumberland County College. The TEAS V is a computer-based test that requires the following registration procedures: To register for the exam, access the website - www.atitesting.com – click Register for Teas. If you do not have an ATI account, you will need to create one to view registration options by clicking Create an Account. Test options: ADN = Associates Degree Nursing is chosen for the RN program; PN = Practical Nursing is chosen for the PN program. Upon registration, the assessment fee of $86.00 is due, payable by VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover®. When registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need assistance with the procedure or verification of your registration, please call ATI at 1-800-667-7531. Please note: Once you have registered to take the test, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not take the test on your registered date, you must reschedule with ATI and repay. If no dates are available or registration is closed, you will forfeit your test session and fee. Scores are valid for 2 years. Registration for TEAS V will close 48 hours prior to exam date. Scrap paper will be provided. • Please allow approximately 4 hours to complete registration and testing. • Test results are available 48 hours after completion of the exam by logging into your ATI account. For Cumberland County College RN Program AND PN Program: Activation Period is October 1, 2015 to April 1, 2016. Passing results of the ATI TEAS V must be submitted with a complete activation packet. There will be an early admissions decision in early February 2016 for complete activations received thru January 25, 2016. There will be no denial letters sent as a result of this early review. Applicants that did not make the cut during the early admissions review will be submitted to the general admissions review in April 2016. Communication regarding activation status is ONLY conveyed thru student Gmail. An active CCC admissions application must be submitted to Admissions prior to the submission of an activation form. If applicable, applicants will also submit transcripts from other college/university to Admissions for evaluation. Further information should be obtained from mrodriguez@cccnj.edu.
