This certificate covers the defect from material and workmanship. It does not cover consumer caused damages such as misuse, abuse or repairs attempted by someone other than our authorized technicians. This certificate has no cash value and is not transferable. Zen-Ray reserves the right to send an equivalent or a better (model) binocular as a replacement. This certificate complements the original warranty card. Upon receiving your original binoculars and all necessary paperwork, it typically takes 2-3 business days for a replacement binocular to be authorized.
