Any trusted and authorized users like your team members, executives,
customers, members of alliance, partners etc can be very easily joined to
your Vayyoo Room. A simple control to add members allow you to generate
an invite or straight add the authorized users. Members can be removed
from the room by the admin or promoted to act as admin as and when
needed.
How large can these rooms be and how many people can I invite?
You can create rooms to meet any size of participants.
Vayyoo Rooms are specially designed for controlled and collaborative
business activities which can range from a small groups of professionals
(under 10) to committees (up to 50), campaigns (with few hundreds) to

As long as the administrator desires to conduct them and can be archived
for future audit.

designated activities. The rooms can last for few day events, few weeks

campaigns, few months projects or kept as standing rooms for longer
duration ongoing engagements with executives, customers, partners or
members of associations and alliances. On completion of activity, the
rooms their content and proceedings can be archived and reviewed for
audit purposes later.
What kind of audit records can I get once the activity in room is completed?
Dashboard access to monitor progress and printable reports for audit
reasons
Archived Rooms can be subscribed by authorized users and content,
discussions, approvals etc can be reviewed. A full audit report can be
generated for any room active or archived. During active operation for any
room, administrators can review the progress and check which content
been reviewed by which participants. There are controls available to reset
and clear the stats as needed.
Can I use Vayyoo Room for personal activities with friends and family?

Vayyoo Rooms are designed to conduct your special activities with your
trusted user groups. So it is entirely on you to decide and use this system of
