• PowerRespondersleevepackagingmaterialisnotguaranteedtobenon-conductive.Use
precautiontoinsurethiscontactpointstotheexteriorneitherdeformnorpenetratethedevice.
Thoughthedevicesareflexibleinhandling,creasesinedgesealmayresultinruptureandlossof
electrolyteresultinginprematurefailure.

Solderingprecaution:
• ThePowerRespondersolderabletab(S)isNOTsuitableforsolderbathorsolderreflow
assembly.Devicesarehandsolderedtothefollowingspecification:Therecommended
temperatureofthesolderingrodtipislessthanorequalto350°C.Thesolderingduration
shouldbeshorterthanthree(3)seconds.Minimizethetimethatthesolderingironisindirect
contactwiththeterminalsofthedeviceasexcessiveheatingoftheleadsmayleadtoseal
compromise.RecommendedsolderComposition-Sn96.5%Ag3.0%Cu0.5%alloy(Kester
SN96227558).Ifnotusingfluxcorewire,useahalidefree,activatedrosinbasedfluxifrequired.
