FACILITATED DISCUSSION The Facilitated Discussion is part of final reporting requirements for Projects. Final Report requirements are outlined in Schedule 5 of the Deed of Grant. Schedule 5 of the Deed of Grant states that the Grantee shall, as the final Milestone and after completion of all the other Milestones described in Schedule 4, provide a Final Report documenting the outcome of the Project. The Facilitated Discussion is an important part of contributing to South Australia’s reporting obligations on SARMS-3IP and will assist in the improvement of SARMS-3IP and the development of future programs. The Facilitated Discussion is a conversation between you and your Regional Support Officer (RSO), which aims to capture the changes which have been most significant to you as a result of your SARMS-3IP Project. The discussion will complement the data you provide in your Final Report and will allow for a more comprehensive understanding of key Project achievements. The information collected through this process enables PIRSA to: learn more about your project’s outcomes; understand the impact SARMS-3IP investment has had on your business; improve current and future program management; and improve reporting to the Australian Government on Program outcomes. Your RSO will contact you to set up a time that is convenient for you prior to the submission of the Final Report. Facilitated Discussion Timeframes The Facilitated Discussion is due at the same time as your Final Report and a template will be sent to you in advance of the due date for the Final Report. The Discussion will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Further Information If you have any concerns regarding the Facilitated Discussion, please contact the SARMS Contract Team on 1300 364 322 or PIRSA.sarmscontract@sa.gov.au.
