Terms & Condition
1.
Eureka Forbes Limited (”Company”) in association with Countrywide Network
Private Limited (”CNPL”) offers Scratch & Win One Assured Gift (“Gift/
Voucher”) on buying of any Product of Eureka Forbes (Offer is valid on buying
of Euroclean and Euroair Products only) anywhere in India (except Tamilnadu)
during the offer period from 1st October’2014 to 31st December’2014 or till
stock lasts. Under this Offer the eligible customer (“end-customer”) shall be
entitled to claim the winning “Gift” upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions
contained herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Outlet, Dealers,
Distributors, Sales Executives and employees of the Company).
2.
This offer is valid for residents of India aged 18 and above.
3.
Company has the sole right to withdraw or extend the offer period at any time,
without prior notice.
4.
The Scratch Card/Assured Prize cannot be substituted or encashed.
5.
The delivery of the Gift / Gift Voucher will be made only after submitting the
online request by the customer and also sending all the required documents to
Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd.
6.
Proof of dispatch is not a proof of receipt. Customer will get the sms from CNPL
within three working days for the confirmation of receipt of documents,
otherwise call at our Helpline Nos. 08041624158-59-60 from 10am to 6pm
during working days (Monday to Saturday except National/Bank Holidays).
7.
In order to receive the Gift, eligible customer has to dispatch the following
documents to CNPL directly. (Note: Claim Forms submitted by Sales
Executive/Channel Partners/Store Managers/Outlets/Dealers/Company’s own
Employees will be treated as misuse of the offer and disqualified for the Gift):
a) Original Scratch Card with CNPL Hologram
b) Printout Gift Claim/ Request Form
c) Photocopy of Product Invoice, against which you got this offer
d) Rs.100/- towards handling charges to redeem gift by DD/ At par Cheque in
the favour of Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. payable at New Delhi
Note: Please retain a photocopy (both sides) of all the documents with you
before dispatching the documents to CNPL
8.
All gifts / gift vouchers will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation as
and when applicable. The Octroi Charges and TDS, if applicable on any gift
item, will have to borne by the winners and payable on request before delivering
the gifts.
9.
Last date to submit your request to redeem the Gift is 31st January’2015.
10.
No two or more forms can be clubbed together per household/address to avail
the offer. Please allow us 4-6 weeks’ time to deliver the Gift.
11.
All request forms should be sent by registered post / reputed courier to
Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd., 204, Chiranjiv Tower, 43, Nehru Place, New
Delhi-110019. Request Forms will not be accepted if submitted personally or by
hand to our office.
12.
Any suggestions/complaints related to this offer, discussed on telephone will not
be considered. All suggestions/complaints must be given in writing to
support@cnpl.asia
13.
Any person taking advantage of this offer does on complete acceptance of the
terms & conditions. Claims that do not comply with the terms & conditions will
be disqualified. Illegible/incomplete/invalid/wrongly filled/manipulated claim
forms will be rejected. Claim Forms submitted by the Channel Partners on
behalf of the Customers may be rejected and CNPL reserves the right to ask
the eligible customer in writing, the reason to handover the claim form to
Channel Partner rather than dispatching to CNPL directly.
14.
Disputes, if any, will be settled under the jurisdiction of Delhi Court to the
exclusion of all other courts in India.
