2016 Racine County Fair Junior Online Entry Directions

ATTENTION: FAIR ENTRIES ARE DUE BY MIDNIGHT ON JUNE 16th.
Junior Fair
1. Go to racine.fairmanager.com which is the online entry website.
2. Click the Login/Logoff tab.
3. Choose exhibitor from the drop down menu.
a. Families may enter together using the “quick groups” option.
4. Fill out the information and click “I am a new exhibitor”
5. Fill out the address information. You will be required to make up a password so that you can
review your entries at any time after you have submitted and paid for them. You will also be
required to fill out your Club and Age as of Jan 1. All exhibitors showing livestock MUST fill
out the Premise ID as well.
6. On the next screen you will review the information you have just entered to ensure that it is
correct.
7. You are now ready to fill out your entries. From the drop down menu choose the department
you want to enter. For this example we will use Department 020 Junior Photography.
a. Once you click on this it will bring up another drop down labeled “Division”. This
corresponds to the Division determination in the fair book. In this instance we will
choose PH JR 01. Beginners.
b. Once you choose the division it will bring up a list labeled “Class” which corresponds
to the class entry numbers in the fair book. In this instance we will choose 01: Four
Photographs, First Entry. If entering multiple items under a class all you have to do is
put a check mark under each entry which has been done in our example below.
c. The last step is to enter in the club information you are entering this project under.
This is required for every entry you enter.
8. For an example see the picture below.
9. Once you have selected the entries you want for that division click the “add entry to cart”
button. You will see each entry you selected added to the Entry Cart on the left hand side of
the screen with the required $0.10 per entry fee already calculated.
a. NOTE FOR LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS – If sending an animal to auction you will be
required to acknowledge the DNA rules at the bottom of the entry screen for each
market animal entry.
10. Complete steps 7 – 9 for each department you wish to enter keeping in mind the
requirements for each project. Any required field that a project requires on the entry form
will have a red asterisk so that you will not be able to continue without filling out that field.
11. Once you have finished your entries click “continue” instead of choosing a department.
12. This will bring you to the Additional Items section.
a. For this section the system will automatically fill in a “1” under the Junior Entry Fee
since this is required for all exhibitors.
b. You may also buy additional season passes for $25.00 by filling in how many you wish
to purchase in the Additional Season Pass line.
13. Once complete press “continue”
14. This is where you will review the items that you have entered. If you wish to go back to
change anything regarding your entries simply press the “Add more Entries” button. If
everything on the screen is correct proceed by pressing the “Check-Out” button.
15. This will bring you to the Payment screen. The Racine County Fair accepts either MasterCard
or Visa. If you are not able to make this payment please contact the Fair Office so that we
may assist you. Fill out the information and press “continue”.
16. There is one more step. You will be brought to the confirmation page. You will need to enter
“YES” into the box at the bottom of the screen saying you agree to the terms and conditions.
Once you hit “submit” you will not be able to make any changes to your entries so make sure
to review them carefully. Once you hit “submit” it will bring you to the Summary page which
will have your confirmation ID on it as well as how many entries were entered and what the
transaction amount was. Please print a copy of this and if you would like your receipt
emailed to you please check the corresponding box.
17. All that is left is to click “Finish” and you are complete and have completed online entries
for the 2016 Racine County Fair! The club’s general leaders will be picking up the fair tags
and distributing them to the members after July 1st. Please keep the receipt you have just
printed so that if you have any discrepancies you can bring the receipt and your fair tags to
the Fair Office.
