SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT
Superintendent Christy Donnelly provided an update on SB 316 and the requirements the
district must prepare for as a result of this legislation.
FINANCE
Treasurer Dan Schall presented the first part of a three-part presentation on the state of
the district finances. This presentation focused on revenue; the next presentation will focus on
expenses.

Motion by Judy Abromowitz, seconded by Brian Boyd, to adjourn to Executive Session
to consider the employment of a public employee and matters required to be kept confidential by
state and/or federal laws.
The Board entered executive session at 8:47 p.m. and adjourned from executive session at 10:06
p.m.
