LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL
AUDIENCE
First-time managers and/or managers of
individual contributors who may have been
promoted recently or are experiencing new
pressures within a current management role.
Overview
Maximizing Your Leadership Potential tailors
leadership development to the needs of
employees in transition from individual contributors to managers.
The program immerses participants in
four fundamental areas: self-awareness,
learning agility, communication, and
influence. In addition, two issues that are
particularly challenging for most first-time
managers—managing conflict and building relationships—are also explored.
