Minimum accommodation booking: 1 week. This may be longer for external residences.
Accommodation days: Arrival day: Sunday Departure day: Saturday (The days can be flexible upon
request but are subject to availability. Additional fees will occur).
Minimum age: 18 (Homestay is the only accommodation available to individual students aged under
18. Please contact us regarding group bookings).
Prices and availability: Prices stated are per person per week, for specific accommodation, and are
also subject to availability.
Twin rooms: Only available for two people travelling together. This does not apply to Bloomsbury
International student residences.
Bloomsbury Student Residence: If you arrive at the Bloomsbury Residence later than 22:00, a 40GBP
fee will be charged on your first day at school.
Unsociable hours or festive periods/public holidays: charges applicable to the services affected (e.g.
accommodation provider, meet and greet staff, airport/station transfer).
Changes: A two-week (Bloomsbury residence) three-week (homestay) or four week (external residence)
notice in writing is required if you wish to change, postpone or extend your accommodation booking
and there is an administration fee of 25GBP. The administration fee does not apply to extensions.
