1. Return your signed contract to Greengate Farms LLC, pob 183 New Braintree, Ma. 01531
with a check for $300.00 for your 09 booking fee. The stallion service fee ($1,300
Werbellin/$600.00 Cadbury) must be paid in full prior to any shipment of semen
Include: Mare Breed Registration paper copy, Mare Breeding History and a single photo of
your mare (or email this)
2. BEFORE BREEDING: Send: the Breeding Soundness Report & Clean Culture Report via
email, snail mail or fax.
Container Deposit:
2007: For Donarweiss: set up your collections/shipping account directly with SELECT
BREEDERS SERVICE: 410-658-3328:
WERBELLIN & CADBURY: follow below:
1. Equitainers require a $300.00 deposit/hold on the credit card you provide. .
2. Return Containers insured, 2nd Day Delivery, with tracking number. Protect yourself
should loss of the container occur.
3. Containers must be received back within 7 days of shipment out or a rental fee will be
charged.
4. You may send us your container to use for your shipments, if you prefer.
Collection Fee:
1. UMASS: $ 195.00 per mare ( shipping is additional/at cost to your account)
2 Select Breeders Service $270.00 per mare (including shipping)
Fees must be paid at the time of collection via your Credit Card or Pre-Paid account directly to
the station. The stallion stations will not collect the stallions unless they have secured payment.
Ordering :
WERBELLIN & CADBURY: March 1st – August 31st, Monday –Friday. No shipping on FedEx Holidays, Airline/Counter to Counter.via Courier is available, semen may also be picked up.

and schedule: 410-658-9898 x104.
KEEP US POSTED: Let us know when your mare has entered the heat you want to breed her on
So we can notify that stallion station that she will be bred in the coming week.
WERBELLIN & CADBURY: USE THE: SHIPMENT REQUEST FORM: to be sure we
have all the correct information we need to process your shipment. FAX to : 508-867-3472.
by 2pm Eastern Standard Time the day before your vet will need your collection shipped. DO
NOT send email for semen. If you leave a voice message for semen, be sure that your order is
received and confirmed scheduled, so we can serve you best. Our desire is to provide best service.
Always feel free to call the cell phones provided whenever there is a question.
HOW SEMEN IS DELIVERED
Donarweiss: Fed Ex, self pick up, or Counter. All arrangements are made through
the office of the breeding manager at Hilltop Farm, 410-659-9898.
WERBELLIN & CADBURY:
1. Federal Express., overnight service is the most common delivery method.Call: 1-800GO-FED-EX to set up your personal shipping account. Fill in your FED-EX number on
your Contract.
2. COUNTER TO COUNTER/Airline Delivery:
South West, USAIR, and Delta.Dash are available for same day airline deliveries. Let us
know in advance which airports are closest to you. Not all airlines deliver to all airports.
3. Bradley International Airport, BDL/Hartford, is our airport. There is a minimum
$100.00 courier fee. The Airline Charges will be billed to the credit card you have on file.
Semen Delivery Confirmation: you will be notified via contact information you
provide on your Faxed Semen Order Form. The Tracking Number of your container will
be provided so you can track your delivery via the Fed-Ex website tracker.
Returning the Container: Return your semen container as soon as you have used the
last vial/packet of Semen to:

PLEASE: Do Not Send Containers to UMASS-University It is a huge campus and
the container may get lost. This has happened before.
Pregnancy Confirmation: Let us know as soon as you have your first 14 day
pregnancy check if your mare is pregnant or not. We want to know if you will need to
breed your mare in the next cycle to provide you with the best service.
