I certify that I am a bona fide resident of the State of Alabama and that I have not left the State of Alabama for a period of
12 consecutive months or more since the date of my last enrollment at Auburn University. I have attached a copy of my
Alabama Driver’s license that is at least one year old to verify this information.
**If you do not have an Alabama Driver’s license that is at least a year old or you were previously admitted as a nonresident and would need to prove residency, you must contact the Residency office at 334-844-2726 for additional
requirements.

I am requesting provisional readmission pending receipt of one (1) official transcript from each institution. I realize that I will
be asked to resign from Auburn University if my transcripts have not been received by the Admissions / Records office (1550 E.
Glenn Ave.) within three weeks after the beginning of the term for which I am registering or if any transcripts indicate that I am
ineligible for readmission.
**University regulations stipulate that a student who attended another institution for more than one term must have earned an
overall “C” average or better on all coursework since last attending Auburn University to be eligible to re-enter Auburn
University. Further, any student seeking readmission must be eligible to return to the last institution attended.
